Before you order just one last thing...we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days for all items in stock. If items are out of stock then they will be custom made by our skilled jewellers just for you!

For this reason dispatch times can vary between 2-3 working days, up to 30 days should it be specially ordered from our workshop.

If you’d like to get the approximate delivery times before ordering, please contact the showroom before ordering via email (sales@giggys.co.uk) or call us on 02074302695 quoting the stock number and/or product name and a member of our team will be able to give you more information on delivery times for your items.

Please note - according to our terms and conditions, Any personalised/customised items, CAD designed jewellery (computer aided design), or made to order jewellery will NOT be eligible for refund, in specific circumstances store credit may be given but this is due to the managers discretion.
